How a request becomes a delivery
Plain terms, stated up front. They are repeated on the request page, in your written quote and in the site footer.
The six rules that matter
- A quote request is not a confirmed delivery. A delivery is confirmed only after written approval of the quote, confirmation of provider availability and any required payment.
- Customers must provide accurate information about site access, the intended use of the water, tank capacity and delivery conditions. Incorrect or incomplete information can make a delivery unsafe or impossible.
- Potable water must not be represented as suitable for a particular use unless its source and delivery conditions meet the applicable requirements. Tell us what the water is for so the right water type can be confirmed.
- Crown Water Global may coordinate deliveries through independent, third-party providers. Crown Water Global does not own tanker trucks, does not produce bottled water and does not guarantee delivery availability.
- Timing may be affected by weather, traffic, equipment, site access, water-source availability and other circumstances outside our control.
- Cancellation, refund and rescheduling terms are displayed before payment. Review the terms block on your written quote before you pay anything.
Who does what
Crown Water Global coordinates your request: we collect the delivery details, confirm availability, logistics and pricing with an appropriate independent delivery provider, and stay your point of contact through to completion.
Independent providers own and operate the trucks, pumps, water sources and bottling. Crown Water Global does not own tanker trucks, does not produce bottled water and does not guarantee delivery availability.
No bulk-water prices are posted on this site. Final cost depends on transportation distance, volume, site access, urgency, the water source and provider availability. You receive a written quote before anything is confirmed.
Water quality and intended use
Water is classified as potable (drinkable) or non-potable. Potable water must not be represented as suitable for a particular use unless its source and delivery conditions meet the applicable requirements for that use. If you tell us the water is for drinking, food preparation or another regulated use, we route the request to a provider whose water meets those requirements — and we tell you if we cannot confirm it.
Tell us the intended use on the request form. A mismatch between the water ordered and the water the task needs is the most common reason a delivery goes to waste.
Site access and receiving
Customers must provide accurate information about site access, the intended use of the water, tank capacity and delivery conditions. Tanker deliveries need enough room, clearance and a safe hose distance from the truck to the fill point; the request form asks you to confirm all of it. Someone must be available to receive the delivery unless you have agreed otherwise in writing.
If access is not what it was described as and the delivery cannot be completed, charges may still apply from the provider. We will tell you this in the quote terms before you pay.
Timing, cancellations and refunds
Timing may be affected by weather, traffic, equipment, site access, water-source availability and other circumstances outside our control. We give you the timing a provider commits to, and we tell you when it changes.
Cancellation, refund and rescheduling terms are displayed before payment — see the terms block on your written quote. Deposits are handled according to those terms, which we confirm with you before any payment.
If a provider becomes unavailable, we tell you and attempt to arrange an alternative. If no delivery is made, there is no delivery to charge for.
