Questions people ask before requesting water
Straight answers, including the ones about what we cannot promise.
What areas do you serve?
We coordinate water deliveries in Magnolia, The Woodlands, Spring, Tomball and the Greater Houston area. If you are outside those areas, ask anyway — we will tell you honestly whether we can coordinate a delivery to you.
Do you handle both potable and non-potable water?
Yes. Potable (drinkable) water and non-potable water for industrial or dust-control uses can both be requested. The water type must be confirmed for the intended use before delivery, and potable water must not be represented as suitable for a particular use unless its source and delivery conditions meet the applicable requirements. Tell us what the water is for and we will flag anything that needs confirmation.
How much water can you arrange?
Bulk deliveries typically run up to roughly 24,000–25,000 gallons per load, subject to provider capacity and site conditions. Larger volumes are coordinated as multiple loads. Bottled water is arranged by the case or pallet. Estimated volume is one of the details we ask for on the request form.
How quickly can I get water?
We review requests as they arrive and work them in order. Timing depends on provider availability, your location, the volume requested, site access and weather. We cannot guarantee a specific response time. Emergency request coordination exists for out-of-water situations: call 832-302-7573 and we will attempt to locate an available provider — but availability and response time cannot be guaranteed.
Do you own the tanker trucks or the water source?
No. Crown Water Global is a coordination company. We do not own tanker trucks, we do not produce bottled water, and we do not own a water source. We arrange your delivery through qualified independent providers and manage the communication on your behalf.
How is pricing determined?
There are no fixed bulk-water prices, so none are posted on this site. Final cost depends on the transportation distance, the volume requested, site access, urgency, the water source and provider availability at the time. You receive a written quote before anything is confirmed, and you approve it before any payment.
Is a deposit required?
Often, yes. Many independent providers require a booking deposit and some require full payment before the delivery is dispatched. The amount and the terms are shown on your written quote before you pay anything, along with the balance due and the quote expiration date.
Can I schedule recurring water service?
Yes. One-time deliveries, weekly service, recurring commercial supply, and event or project-length schedules can all be requested. Tell us the cadence you want on the request form and we will confirm what a provider can actually commit to.
What access does a tanker require?
Requirements vary with the load size and the provider, so the request form asks you about them: whether a tanker can access the property, whether the surface is paved, gravel or dirt, how far a hose has to run from the truck to the fill point, and whether someone will be there to receive the delivery. Accurate answers here are what let us quote a workable delivery instead of a failed one.
Can you supply water for crews and events?
Yes. We coordinate bottled-water cases, ice, and soft drinks or energy drinks when requested for construction crews, offices, churches, schools, community organizations, festivals and private events — one-time or on a recurring schedule. Bulk and tanker water can be coordinated for the same projects where the site allows it.
Is an online request a confirmed booking?
No. Submitting the request form is not a confirmed delivery and does not create a booking. A delivery is confirmed only after written approval of your quote, confirmation of provider availability, and any required payment. The request form page says this, and your written quote says it again before you pay.
What happens if a provider becomes unavailable?
We tell you as soon as we know, and where possible we look for another provider who can serve your request. If we cannot arrange the delivery, we say so plainly and there is no delivery to charge for. Any deposit already collected is handled according to the cancellation and rescheduling terms printed on your quote — and we confirm those with you before you pay.
Legal, safety and terms
Please read before you send a request
- A quote request is not a confirmed delivery. A delivery is confirmed only after written approval of the quote, confirmation of provider availability and any required payment.
- Customers must provide accurate information about site access, the intended use of the water, tank capacity and delivery conditions. Incorrect or incomplete information can make a delivery unsafe or impossible.
- Potable water must not be represented as suitable for a particular use unless its source and delivery conditions meet the applicable requirements. Tell us what the water is for so the right water type can be confirmed.
- Crown Water Global may coordinate deliveries through independent, third-party providers. Crown Water Global does not own tanker trucks, does not produce bottled water and does not guarantee delivery availability.
- Timing may be affected by weather, traffic, equipment, site access, water-source availability and other circumstances outside our control.
- Cancellation, refund and rescheduling terms are displayed before payment. Review the terms block on your written quote before you pay anything.
